                     Food Safety

 

We adhere to all Food Safety and Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P.) and operate fully under HACCP guidelines and compliance and were proudly awarded a Superior rating of 98.5% in 2013 from third party HACCP auditing.

 

 

We are also looking towards the future of food safety and although not an existing requirement, we are in the process of upgrading our systems to meet with GFSI BRC Certification Standards and will undergo a BRC audit in February 2014.

 

Additionally, we have an experienced Quality Assurance Team working closely with all product for our distribution warehouse and processing facility.
